Texas native grew up on a 15-acre farm in rural Canton, TX., Van Zandt County. Approximately 60,000 people in this city’s population. It’s definitely not a small town and has everything you would hope for, Walmart Supercenter included.

Canton, TX.

Deadbeat father never to be seen. His mom was a very young mother without much life experience and had her own struggles. At 15 years old, having a child would be a total life change to a first-time teenage mother. His mother and her parents (Grandma & Grandpa) in combination raised FMV until the age of around 5. Shortly after, if not immediately, then abandoning all responsibilities of her child. His grandparents would be his parents in every legal sense. From the age 5-19, they were his rock and go-to for guidance. Grandad was a Korean War veteran in the 1950s and instilled many of his values in FMV.

I came from a simple beginning and made the life I have today with the motivation given to me by my grandparents. I have failed in life, but never quit, I did what I was taught to do.

Getting his first job at the age of 16 at a local fast-food restaurant, he started earning money. Later down the road, he did end up living with his mother for a while. The biological urge of being with your mother is undeniable. Mom was now in her early 30’s and FMV, was only around 17 still trying to find his path and place in the world.

In the early 2000s, Methamphetamine (METH) was ravaging the southern states of America. No one seemed immune to the effects or untouched. At this point between 4-5 million Americans have used or tried Meth, it was everywhere. FMV was not immune and had a brief period where he experimented with the drug. Small towns and the lack of hope always made these places especially susceptible to drugs. With his drive and will to succeed, he was able to stop doing meth cold turkey, amazing.

FMV, while he had his normal challenges of growing up, he also had a lot of emotional baggage from childhood. Always seemed to have a drive and a hunger for more out of life in contrast to what he was used to, being poor.

Grandad would say to me, “Son, no matter what you do in life, do it for your family. If you ever make anything in your life, make a life for your family and always remember. You are never out of the fight”

-FMV’s Grandad

This statement had a profound effect on him. So at the moment and what was best for his family, he made the decision.

At the age of 19, he was off to Fort Knox, Kentucky for One Station Unit Training (OSUT). Right after completion OSUT, he was shipped to Baghdad, Iraq, was there for about a year. He continues to serve until he gets his next deployment to Mosul, Iraq. On his 3rd and last deployment, they based around FOB cobra, they covered other units as they went to Kuwait. All in total, he spent about 7 years in service and did 3 deployments. These deployments were not easy because they were back to back.

Over 7 years in the military and his own individual life experiences, he started thinking differently. Like so many others that joined the military to create a life and career. As he went along his journey in the military, he started to become disenfranchised. Even start to question the reason Government makes choices they make. The Freedom he believed in was not the same freedom as he thought he had always known.

FMV, believes the Government has been overstepping its boundaries for many decades. Perpetually increasing its grip down to trying to micromanage Americans’ individual decisions. 4 Kids he is currently helping to raise. 3 are his own, ranging in the ages of 6-16 years old. His sibling’s kid is currently 10. He started off redressing the government at a community level, school board, and then the police. He organically started recording interactions of the police in his local community more during this period.

I picked up the camera to show other’s this illusion of freedom that we have

If you watch this type of activism on YouTube these days. Which is basically a video recording of an interaction with a public servant and a citizen or themselves and a public servant. If you are reading this and are unaware of these interactions, you will definitely be surprised at what you see.

Bell County, TX where he has resided for many years now. He records in all surrounding counties as well. The channel name “Foul Mouth Veteran” is a play on words. He is generally very respectful to government employees unless he is given unlawful orders. Over a few weeks period, as I have gotten to know FMV, I have been nothing but impressed. His character, demeanor, and the way he cares about what you have to say. As he speaks about the topics he is passionate about, you really feel his sincerity. Never once in a conversation with him did he once ever claim to be a victim. This speaks to me in a few ways, he is responsible, and he owns his mistakes. He makes it clear where he stands…

Don’t dare call me a sovereign citizen or an auditor, I stand for Freedom.

FMV

I don’t say this about everybody I have met in this small circle of activists, but I really feel he will make a difference. Whether it’s through lawsuits, his words, or his messages, he will reach more than most. With his leadership qualities and his passion for the constitution and Freedom, you will really see him grow in this activism community.

As this community of “YouTube activists” aka “1A community” have seen recently, there have been many arrests recently. And not one of these I have seen thus far has been a legitimate charge, nor has anyone been convicted yet.

FMV, has also received 2 charges and 1 of them being a felony, one a Misdemeanor. The Felony charge oddly enough has never been indicted for, hmmm. The Felony charge a 50K bond, which costs him 5k out-of-pocket cash. The money he will never get back from the bail bondsman. For a system that is designed for the state to have the burden of proof, you sure have the burden of financials. The reason is that someone got their feelings hurt, The Government.

38.15 Interference with Public Duties Class B misdemeanor

32.53 Exploitation of the Elderly Felony of the third degree

I promise all my readers these charges sound worse than what really happened. This is a police department with propaganda and retaliatory. They do not value or uphold the constitution, pure corruption. The Interference charge will be on November 11th. The other charge has not even been officially set to move forward by the state. As mentioned earlier, no indictment as of now. That charge is the most ridiculous, Filming older people in a public place or something? He tells me he will update his channel every chance he gets with current news on his cases or changes.
